What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Hootsuite Enterprise, compared to other tools, has provided so much valuable information regarding our marketing campaigns aimed towards improving engagement in social media. Our efforts to enhance brand visibility have been greatly improved thanks to this tool, which has given us the power to align social media with our general marketing objectives, thus having a direct impact on our inbound leads, helping us build trust with customers who engage with us on social media. It's a very good platform that works in real-time and provides trustful analytics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hootsuite Enterprise has the most useful tools out there, it's a powerful all-in-one social media management software that makes it simple to handle multiple social media accounts and have everything in just one single dashboard. The optimization for each platform is great and allows me to simplify the process of posting and social selling, as it contains tool that automate it and make the scheduling of posts possible, it creates a sense of consistency between all these platforms that I deeply value. HootSuite also enables marketing teams to work together, and it provides collaboration tools that helps us assign tasks and approve posts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing that has been the biggest drawback when using Hootsuite is the fact that it has too many tools to the point that everything becomes too extensive, this has slowed us down sometimes if there's a new team member that's starting to integrate this program and they need the time to fully navigate the platform. Aside from that, sometimes there will be issues regarding the loading times of the platform, which causes us to have slow performances at times where we need to manage our campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My biggest advice to people who want to try out Hootsuite is to start with the automation features first, to ensure that you maintain a consistency in social media posting without having to do everything on your own, reducing manual labor and human error. Then I also advise that new users try to customize each team's workflows to avoid mistakes when completing tasks and also to ensure that the efficiency is consistent throughout the posts approvals.
