What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
Dialpad is a cloud-based communication platform offering unified voice calls, messaging, and video conferencing powered by AI features. It enables us to join meetings directly from the different browsers without installing an app or plugin. It allows live call handoff between desktop, tablet, and mobile without dropping the call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dialpad automatically generates instant transcripts and to-do lists during meetings. It offers HD audio/video quality, reliable performance across various devices, with mobile and web clients. Its built-in chat, screen sharing, whiteboarding, and CRM integrations boost collaboration. I love the way it provides excellent quality audio and video services. I would also say that it is a very easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I have come across using Dialpad Connect is its delayed customer support. During onboarding or billing queries, when we need an instant response, it sometimes takes longer than expected to guide us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One should make use of the analytics dashboard to review call performance, dropped call rates, response times, and team usage. Encourage your internal users to share feedback, as it helps to identify training gaps.
