What differentiates RoboForm Password Manager from other similar products?

Form filling is quite precise comparing to other solutions like BitWarden where it does not always work very well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The implementation was quite straightforward with easy passwords import. I did not have to contact customer support much but when I did, the response was quick and helpful. RoboForm is used in our business on a daily basis. It has all necessary features including 2FA. We haven't integrated RoboForm with anything yet so can't comment on their API.

What do you dislike most about this product?

RoboForm autofill does not work on some sites but comparing to other solutions it works on most. Separate link for admin panel is not very convenient and admin panel interface could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good and recommended product overall. Worth negotiating the price though to get the best value.

What differentiates RoboForm Password Manager from other similar products?

We initially compared Roboform and Bitwarden. Upon trials, we immediately had issues with Bitwarden on an enterprise level and the support assistance was lacking. Roboform immediately met our needs and attention to issues were dealt with after onboarding in an effective and timely fashion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy for all of our employees to engage and understand, even the less tech-savvy "get it."

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish "cloned" passwords adjusted across the platform for each shared group/user when edited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As for any product, use the trial option! It will really help you get a feel for the product and decide what's right for you.
