Building and launching campaigns is fast and simple and doesn't require a lot of training; it just works.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing ramps up quickly as your contact list grows, and the CRM and sales tools are limited compared to dedicated platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If email campaigns are your main priority, Mailchimp is a solid pick. But if you're looking for deeper CRM or sales pipeline features, you might want to pair it with another tool. RECOMMENDED ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My favorite aspect of Mailchimp is its ease of use,especially the drag-and-drop email builder, which makes it quick and simple to create professional-looking campaigns without needing design or coding skills.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Mailchimp is that pricing can increase quickly as your contact list grows, making it less affordable for businesses with large audiences compared to some competitors with flat-rate or more flexible pricing models.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with free plan, to explore it's features before upgrading.
